Influence
When someone is influential in his life, he lets them know. He writes them thank you notes and letters to let them know he appreciates them and let them know they’ve influenced him in some way. He keeps things like the ticket from a lunch back in the 60’s and has great stories to tell. I could listen to them all day long. He has no idea that someday I hope to write him and his family a letter telling them how much I appreciated the influence he had on me.
